Yesterday I was thinking about some of my favorite Christmas songs. Here's a few on my list:
- Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses. I finally found it on CD last year.
- Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee. Never fails to lift my spirits. A must when decorating the house. I think this is the one they play in "Home Alone".
- Jingle Bell Rock by whoever. I think I like any version.
- White Christmas by Bing Crosby. Always a big one with me.
- Merry Christmas Darling by The Carpenters. A guilty pleasure. I've always liked the sound of the sound of the Carpenters.
- Silent Night A church favorite. Still my favorite one to sing even if I can't reach all the notes.

I just found a CD I should add to my XMas List ...Dr. Demento Presents: Greatest Christmas Novelty CD. There appears to be a bunch of them. Hmmmm
