Mother has surgery today, in fact it's probably done. I'll call a little later. I can't imagine that she's in a room yet.

A cousin passed away on Monday. We weren't close. She was a real nice woman though. I wish I had known her better, but I guess that wasn't to be. Her father passed away a year or two ago. Who would have thought? Actually I guess a few people knew. She had cancer, but I thought it was cleared up, but as cancer often does, it snuck back. May she rest in peace.
